All 4 18.4 will be wider than your 6 row head, the standard setup for 30" spacing will leave the tires about 3-4 inches from the rows of corn that you are not combining, and will be a tight fit when opening up a field. With no spacers and adding the 18.4 to the 30.5, I would do some measuring and try to find a narrow spacer. I don't know if it will work , it will be tight.

I switched to 35.5 x 32 rice tires last year because I was in need of a tire right now, and after I bought them it started raining. They were amazing. My old 1680 with the 35's and 16.9 rears would run circles around my 2388 with 30.5's and rear wheel assist. The 1680 had a 25' head compared to the 30' on the 2388, but the difference was incredible. Those rice tires work!!!

I bought a set of duals for the 2388 this year, now I think the 2388 will run circles around the 1680.
