middle TN | Don't know about the best way to cut. However I do know how to get the fiberglass out of your skin. My father, who heard me griping about fiberglass when I had to take off the planter boxes off of the old AC, had me get a pair of panty-hose and rub the affected area. The fabric pulls the fibers out. He learned this from growing up helping to build boats and boat molds for my grandfather. He really isn't as dumb as I thought he was when I was 14:)
