I guess that sorta depends on how quick you work doesn't it? :-) We've done them several times and I would estimate about 4 hours for one man if everything goes pretty well. I'm sure it can be done quicker but we normally don't set speed records for stuff like that. Getting the stainless steel sheet off and back on is usually the worst part for us.
