| This year we bought a 20,000lb gooseneck and I put a 1,650 gallon tank on it for nursing our sprayer. Pulling it with a 3/4 ton diesel truck all I could legally haul on it was about 1,300 gallons of water before I was overweight, I don't think you are going to want 2,000 gallons on a bumper hitch trailer. I got along ok pulling our's and made a couple of 25 mile (each way) trips at legal weight or just above but you really know it when your on a soft gravel road or driveway with it. | |
