I would make sure and check the shaker bushings. When parts of the sieves start coming apart, it may be due to excess forces caused by play in the rubber bushings. While the machine is running, put your fingers on each bushing while the machine is running. Often you can feel the "knock" before there is other evidence. Be careful around the moving machinery though.
