roaming | You want the switch to close when it is covered by grain, and open when it is not. What tech support said is roughly correct. IIRC, you turn it in til it just starts, then turn it out 4 full turns and test it. The AFS support guys can email you a document on adjusting the switch.
If the switch is always closed, the auger always runs, and grain never fills up the cavity to get measured. If the switch is always open, the auger never runs and the same sample of grain is measured forever.
As you're adjusting, remember that the separator must be ON for the bypass system to work. | |
