Sheldon, IA | The settings will seem odd but it is because your knife valve moves when an electric solenoid turns on the Hyd. flow. This means that they come on and off fast and a large flow. To tame everything down these are what I seem to remember:
Valve 1 - 40%
Valve 2 - 6%
Threshold 20
Allowable error 5-8% (because manure can surge and cause a valve change during a surge)
I highly recommend talking to Ag Leader because they have these settings for an Insight written down and have been working on it. The number is 515-232-5363 and ask for Travis or look him up on the Ag Leader website under support team. | |
