Northern Illinois | I want to increase my cleaning fan speed on my 9770. Previous combines you adjust the rod and lock nuts on the variable speed shieve on the fan drive. On the 70's the machine sets the limits through the speed sensor. I guess you can find this on the RCU address 152 but I don't know how to change the limits. Currently the top end fan limit is 1200 rpm. I would like to go to 1350 rpm like the 9870 does. I have the 9870 fan "vane" and chaffer ext. so I want more air. Especially this year some varities haven't dropped many leaves and getting a lot of extra trash on the shoe. TIA | |
