$7300.00 to do a 1/2 arse job of "going through" your header would you not complain about loose bolts and gearboxes going out ?? 

Would you feel better about it if I were wearing a cute green pair of coveralls with yellow lettering on it?? 

Sloppy work and lazy mechanics are everywhere even at mommy deere's shop. They care exactly zero about your crop their interest in your welfare stopped the second you gave them $7300 which was what they were after.

That is exactly why guys have their own shops. I will take the time to do the job R.I.G.H.T.  not fast, and sometimes not cheap but RIGHT.   There is an entire winter to go through equipment. 

As is, your out $7300 bucks and 1/2 a day already,, this isn't sounding too profitable.

They aren't going to pay you squat for your down time.  What is a couple of days of lost harvesting worth?
