Scpa | Was a heavy equipment operator and foreman for 16 years, and excavating went south for now. There is no work going on past the new year. He is against UC because for over 50 years he hasnt had anyone on it and never will! Its hard to reason with a 73 year old Pa German Duthman who thinks , and says, he is 99% perfect. I have run the company 10 times better than he has, but then he isnt in complete control. The problem is I still wouldnt have gone back if I didnt like the coworkers and what I was doing. I am ranting way to much here. Sorry. | |
