Ontario, Canada | If it is something your body is used to doing than there is no reason to stop. Same applied to those mothers who like to ride horses and jog. Of course there is more risk but the saying with pregnancy is ... "if something is going to go wrong, it will no matter what..." I spent my last pregnancy working in a 750 sow operation... I did everything right up until the week my son was born (feeding, breeding, pressure washing, castrating... etc). Didn't hurt me one bit, in fact, I think the more active you continue to be, the better you'll be overall. However, if you find yourself getting too tired, crampy or start bleeding then you know you are over-doing it. Take care!!! | |
