I doubt that the "nothing has ever been done to it" is accurate. There were a couple fuel pump updates/recalls or whatever you want to call them on the early Genesis. Our's needed an engine overhaul at 5000 hrs, has had a few electrical problems -- relays, solenoids, and wire shorts.
I like my Genesis, but I wouldn't buy one with that many hours unless you think it's a spectacular deal.
