Subject: Re: Lexion parts

when will these co.s learn to stop treating their customers like crap
sounds like they may be a decent machine
but what would convince me to buy one new or used.
1 have parts 1 day away max. except really oddball sheet metal etc.
2 if you only have a dealer every 200 miles , at least have service trucks available for those who hire it done.
for the rest parts and service manuals free and reasonable price tech advice for new and old models.
3 parts prices. should reflect actual cost plus a reasonable markup. not a screw job on parts a jobber would not make.
4 tips and updates on problems listing upgrades and costs.

if they want to break into the north American market big time.
here's their chance, as case and jd put the screws to us on parts prices , they will have to be different.
why buy one of theirs if parts are held for ransom, esp. because the wreckers don't have any.
why buy a new one, if when traded its worthless, because of poor or no service and robbery parts prices.

while I might never buy a new claas , a used one may be possible, but I will stick to NA brands until they prove
that they really want farmers business.

give me a reason to have a complete metric bolt selection, and some hope i won't have to wait 5 days for parts,
or pay 1/4 the price of the machine to make it run again
