Subject: 7520 IVT ground speed surging

My 7520 with 2250 hours has started to surge going thru the field. I had it set at 5.5 mph on range 1 and after the oil warmed up it would start to surge to 7+ mph settle back to 5.5 mph and surge again. I changed all filters, no luck. The white needle on the speed gauge will surge with the tractor. Any help you guys can offer would help me and the service manager out as I am the guinea pig with this transmission in the area on the 7000 series. We are going to check the clutch voltages as this is the only service notes we could find from deere.

Eric
