We have the same problem on our 8103 twin bin. The operator will grease the booms everyday to prevent this from happening. Fertilizer has a wonderful way of getting into any crack or crevice causing havoc. We also have to make sure that you are level as if you a little crooked you may not get the low side to come in at all. Not a great design, liked the older style fold better.
