Hauling would probably run 1.75-2.25 depending on the need for permits. Hiring it hauled does remove the liability risk of you pulling it yourself, not to mention blowouts and wheel bearings on a long pull.
With that said, we have pulled a 38' sunflower disk 150 miles with a 1/2 ton before, made it no problems, but it did scraper the underside of one overpass.
