Ag leader clutches usually require their own can system so I'm not sure you'll be able to do what your after with a GS2 Rate Controller. Have you thougt about a 20/20 SeedSense with RowFlow? They are able to monitor your planter and run the Sure Stop, Row Command or Tru Count clutches. Their RowFlow is cheaper than deere's rate controller and swath control activation from what I understand. It may be worth looking into.
