Tamworth NSW Australia

Definitely. It is rare to see a tilled field in this area now and no GM crops grown except cotton. We started notilling mainly to keep ground cover to slow evaporation and store soil moisture, but also to stop flood erosion, control compaction and have less dollars tied up in tillage gear, and less tractor hours.

RR would be a handy tool but not necessary for no till.
