use the Device Setup Utility in the Case IH (or Ag Leader) software. Choose the Case IH Voyager2 file format (the displays are listed next to the format).
SanDisk is the only brand that Case IH supports. If you use another brand and have problems, the support guys will tell you to get a SanDisk card.
