Regina/Balcarres/Kamsack
Neighbor last year did 12500 bushel bags filled with canola combined at 14.9 10 weeks after harvest. The grain was dried. No problem. We have half the crop out and are going to start with Canola as soon as its under 15, Bag then start drying in Nov. Funny was going through the old dryer owners manual and read in 1965 took off Barley at 30% moisture and dried in DEC. Flax at 20 and HRS at 21. Hm is this a year like that again. Were in a panic so will fill bags starting probably Tuesday and then dry all winter. To much in the field and Crop insurance is useless.
