Not really a drying charge just a discount. Yes some dry some do not. They are all a bit different but I think they start around 10-12 per point then if it gets to 18% it goes up and over 20% is more. It will add up and I think the highest anyone will take is 24%. Ethanol plant will take up to 16.5.
