I sure wouldn't be worried about 15% beans coming out of the field anytime, let alone now with the weather like it is. Certainly not worth going thru all the gyrations to dry with heat. Either put air on them in a bin, or just take them to town if they're sold. You seem worried about picking up a nickle to overlook a dollar.
