That statement points to an implement problem.  If the implement were square and tracking straight:

  • If the roll cal was off and you had 37" guess rows going one way, they would be 31" going the other way. 
  • If the antenna was not centered and you had 37" guess rows going one way, they would be 31" going the other.
  • If the implement were not pulling straight and the guess row was 37" one way it would be 31" the other way.
If it is 34" one way and 37" the other, then one end of the planter is 1.5" shorter than the other end.  When you changed the implement width to 33' 10.5" you had to change the 34" side also.  It had to close up some.  Changing the implement width does not affect just one side of the implement.
