Redfield, SD | Well as near as I can tell is that switching the Rx and Tx pins will be your first problem. The cable is designed to connect to a Raven with the Rx and Tx being correct, which on a Raven is backwards from most controllers. The other thing is did you assign your serial port Com 2 to be Field Doc Connect? You get to it by doing the following Menu/Greenstar 2 Pro/Softkey F/Memory Tab/ then go to assign serial port and make sure you tell the system to send out the signal as Field Doc Connect on Com 2. Take the null modem out for sure and possibly the gender changer I don't remember the genders on the Raven. Did you have fun inserting the pins into the AMP connector on the GS2 harness? I've found that to somewhat less than desireable. If this doesn't help email me directly and then we can talk. | |
