We used to take a sample and read the monitor on the go. We did this a couple times and took an average. Now that it's set we make sure that it's close. The moisture calibration is meant to be set once and drive. The calibration effects all the loads of that gain type regardless of if it was before or after the calibration.

If you find a load that is way off, clean the sensor, You can correct the moisture manually on a load by load basis. This should only be done if there is a problem.
