You wil not be able to read the files directly from the PF-3000 on these programs. These programs are more powerful from a GIS perspective than any of the ag specific ones, but they don't have the routines written in to automate processes specific to ag.

I would look at the free FOViewer from Mapshots that will take the information from many dedicated ag controllers and export a shapefile that the Arc Products will import. You can find the viewer here: http://www.mapshots.com/FODM/fodd.asp
