Sept 20th good moisture and warm, 50 lbs. Still drilling wheat now and putting down 85lbs because it is cold and figure this is a one shot deal. You have about 4 weeks more growing season than we do, 2 in the spring and 2 in the fall. Wheat will set its own thickness by tillering or not tillering as much, seen that with neighbors that plant 70lbs all the time next to my 50lbs, come harvest no noticeable difference. Are you wet down there?
