Lots of water in a run of the mill garden/bug sprayer. After using a spray bottle all day long you will definitely feel it the next day. I will usually use the round scoring tool on the walls first and then you can soak and satuarate the walls using the big bug sprayer and move along much quicker. Got a tough spot?? Just re-spray it with water. I have used the commercial strippers, fabric softener, vinegar, and other household cleaners, but nothing seems to work as well as good old fashioned water. We strip a lot of wallpaper as we rehab old houses for a living and honestly nothing works like the water does. With products like the DIF gel you will have scrub to get it off the walls before you can texture and/or paint. My mom and I can strip an average sized bedroom in less than an hour with this method.
