I planted some last fall and put a little over 50lb an acre. It turned out real well.
I just shelled the corn I planted into it and there was a little rye residue left, I would like to have seen more.
But it was real wet last fall when I sowed the rye and I think thats why my stand was a little thin.
Rye as a cover crop. What rate should I use? Any seed available?
