Creighton, NE | I have a Trimble autopilot with an Insight on a early 90's 7120 and use it to plant and spray with. I have never been around an ez-steer so I dont know how that system would compare. I use Omni HP signal and am very pleased with the accuracy of this system, probably as good as anything out there without going to RTK or Cors.
Last I knew, Trimble did not support the 71xx series but a platform kit for a 72xx series will work unless it's a very early 71xx. This system is not the cheapest way to go but will probably give you the best performance.
