also make sure they're on the latest version:
For Apex:
You should be on version 2.3.0.149
You can find out what version you are on by going to Help -> About Greenstar Apex
If you need to update then go to Help -> Live Update; and follow the steps
Reports still aren't what they could be in Apex, no doubt...
