Elderberry jelly is our families favorite jelly! I have the berries in the freezer for now, stems and all, waiting for an evening when I have helpers :). You're right, it does make such a lovely coloured jelly. I like to keep jars of them on hand for hostess gifts when we are invited out. They are always well received. Enjoy!
