Wisconsin | This is the second year using a rate controller and section control to shut off planter sections on our hydraulic drive 12 row 1720 planter. I dont remember having any issues last year, but this year, any time I have to go to the corner of the field to fill, the section control doesn't recognize the planted headlands as I pull back in to my next pass to start planting again. If I set the planter down in the headlands, it would plant over what is already planted. Then when I get to the other end of the field, it works as it should until I have to fill again. Any ideas why it would do this? The tractor is a 8R230 with a gen 4 display and a 7000 receiver on SF-RTK. Thanks
