Does anyone make a hoe drill that can pick up shanks to affect row width???

If I remember correct a fellow was trying to do that with a conservapac about 10 or 15 years ago. He made up ā€œsā€ hooks or something like that to hold up the fertilizer and seed shanks. On the n560 could you just add shutoff valve for the hydraulics to the back row to keep them from going down.
