Subject: Lime on light strip till ground

near Mtl, QC
I have a 10 acre zone on a field that need lime, here is some lab results:

CEC: 19.4
PH: 5.7
BufferPH: 6.3
CA BS%: 44.1
MG BS%: 11.8
K MG %: 2.9

They call for 3T/acre of high CA lime next fall incorporated 7 inch.

This field rotation is corn/bean (1 year each)

This year will be corn, planted in a week hopefully.

So my question is: on a light strip till management, what is the best way to put lime? By light strip till I mean strip with a freshener only, so 2 inch deep max.

Anything to be done to help corn this year, or something to do asap to help beans next year?

I have a small spreader that can spread lime, I was thinking maybe applying now maybe 1T/acre now before planting, and the rest in the fall.
