| There are plastic guides, that the seat mounts to, that slide in the rails. I had one break, seat rocked a little and seat sat crooked.i would check those first. Take the front plastic face off the seat suspension and you should be able to see in there to diagnose.
Whole seat has to come out if one of those is broken
