Subject: Boundary track issue….

SE MN
I’ll try to explain this as best I can…

I re-did all my boundaries this year with sf-rtk. Along some fencelines, I will start out planting right along the boundary and it lines up just right. As I go along, the tractor will slowly start to veer off the edge of the boundary and by the time I’m at the other end, 1/4 mile or so, the end of the planter is a good 4-5 ft off the edge of the field/boundary. The tracking line is angled slightly off from the boundary line. The map even shows the remaining gap between the planter coverage and the boundary.

But when I make the second pass, using the same boundary track and the tracking line next to the one that was off, it follows along as if the first line WAS correctly following the boundary. When I get to the end that was 4-5 ft off the boundary on the first pass, the planter will overlap the first pass and the outside rows will shut off with the section control.

This only happened on a couple fencelines of the field, the other ones worked out perfect. We are just getting started so it’s the only field I have tried so far. This same thing happened only one time on a field last year when we used radio rtk for everything.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
