East Central, Nebraska | i haven't dealt with a 4.0 but i have with a 3.0 a million times and as a matter of fact i was connecting to one this morning and fighting it a little. i always forget the device right away when i have the problem and when it doesn't pop up on the list of devices found i will shut the bluetooth off on the phone/tablet and back on again. cutting power from the beacon and putting it back can help also. a common mistake that people make is pairing with other devices, its fine to do but the beacon goes out and looks for that device and doesn't ever show up on the one you want it to. it sometimes doesn't hurt to turn the bluetooth off on other phones and tablets in the vicinity when trying to pair. | |
