Canmore Ab. Canada | I asked the fellows a while bask what they knew about edamame beans and didn't get to much.
I would like to ask you ladies if you have prepared or eaten edamame beans. What are your recipies?
I know they are "baby" soybeans but are they a special variety?
We have eaten them, boiled in the pod, salt and butter, and when you eat them you kinda suck them from the pod. A tasty appetizer.
