an independent Vet test showing the bull was not good, and you've already sold the bull who couldn't produce ?? If you've already sold the bull you're kinda SOL trying to get your money back from the P. poor breeder. Pretty hard to sue if you don't have the "defective goods". Guess you could lodge a complaint with the breeder's Association don't know they'll do alot without ironclad solid proof thou.. If this is the 2nd time this Breeder has sold you a bummer bull, I would lodge a complaint with the guy who keeps buying bummer bulls from this unscruplous breeder..... A Breeder with intregrety would have had you keep the bull, tell you to get the bull get him vet tested AND paid for the Test. Then if the bull was a bummer bull, a good breeder would have asked you to come pick another bull, loaded the bull up hauled him to you and hauled his bummer bull home. Tell the bull buyer to quit doing business with Bull breeders who have no intregrety.
