wondering if anyone has used a raven 450 monitor and trimble 500 mapping to top dress liquid nitrogen at a variable rate? Or if it is even possible.
thanks bill

This will require a special cable between the Raven and the 500. The 500 needs to be unlocked for VR. We have a customer who wishes to do this with NH3 so we got his 500 unlocked. New Menu items appear which pertain to the VR situation. I'm not certain if the 440 and 450 are both supported since the data strings are slightly different.
The Rx files must be saved to the JumpDrive in the Prescription folder. This appears to work on the bench but we have not actually used it in real field conditions. |
