Princeton, MN | I have heard a lot of people claim this, but no one has ever been able to give me a real scientific response as to why, the only real proven truth I know to preventing white mold is that reducing foliage dries the lower canopy, causing the white mold apothecia to dry up and not sporulate.
If someone has a good explanation as to what physiological effect a PPO inhibitor does to the plant or the sclerotia I would like to hear it.
I would really like to be able to find an economical fungicide that has been proven to work at prevention and cure of white mold.
Has anyone ever used Contans? It is a fungi that is supposed to kill the sclerotia in the soil | |
