East Central, Nebraska | on thing i was thinking since yesterday, when everything is sitting idle, you should be able to manually turn that encoder and get an rpm readout on the screen. should also give you an error message that says the drive is turning while off or something along those lines. that may help diagnose whats going on. it will likely take a couple people to accomplish this, one turning and one watching the monitor but when it acts up, if its not giving you a shaft speed reading then it might point your problem directly to that encoder or wiring. | |
