Subject: RE: Guidance Lines

Holly Hill, SC
Slightly different subject but: With my John Deere systems the heading for the AB lines is always available to view. A+heading always works great to update a line or duplicate a line on a different machine. I also have a Ag Leader In command 1200 in my planter tractor and sometimes have it "Smart path" a long with my JD monitor. Why are headings not available to see on the Ag Leader? I know if I create a new line in the Ag Leader I can set a heading (like A+heading) but that is the only time heading is ever seen or mentioned. Why? The heading represents the that line. If you lost all your data but had a printout with your field names and headings (easily export to Excel from Operations Center) you could easily plant next year without having to reproduce AB lines.
Always wanted to see the difference in headings between the JD and Ag leader, but can only see one of them. (Auto steer a long pass using JD while setting on the Ag Leader A point at start and B at end of pass.)
