APEX save to card problem

Subject: APEX save to card problem



Camrose, Alberta
I have the new version of Apex (2.3) and now I can't seem to download data (fields, products, flags, etc.) to a newly formatted card. I have tried three different cards and get the same error. I am formatting the cards to "FAT 32" and I can succesfully download the newest verion from GS2 Live Update to the cards. This is what the error message says:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
