| Have you tried to do a reset of the EZ500 system? There are many references on this forum on how to do it, but you should back up any valuable information before running the reset. Try the two finger approach first and the three finger approach if there is no change. We have a lot of EZ500 in service and you should be seeing much better results than 16' offline. Do you have a dealer you can call for assistance. They may have seen something that can help as well. | |
