Basically a guy set up bringing 4 *notawheelchairs* to place in Canada for mostly young people stuck in wheelchairs to be able to use to go on supervised trails. He got sponsors to pay for 4 wheel electric sit in bike things. Pulled behind his 1939 car body w/1994 engine, frame, 4wd…. That broke. *rods thru oil pan, block cracked*. So day later a buddy brought him his pickup, hauled cool car back.
At border they called the “notawheelchair” a medical device, his passport not useable as brand new and *he had not signed it*. His brand new under 3500 lb aluminum single axil trailer illegal because temp plates. *but all paperwork*. Watch story for more.
I have zero intent to go into Canada anymore.

WHAT does this have to do with what the OP posted?
