Do you absolutely need 100 hp? If you can get along with a smaller unit, you can get away from DEF(or so I've been told).
Around here, we have a decent Deere dealer but you hardly ever see a JD skid steer on a construction job. Mostly Cat, some Kubota, a few Bobcats and NH.
