I wouldn't. When I had a 7000 8-30" I put the same kit on and had population problems. The springs were stiff enough to keep full contact of the drive wheels with the soil, even with fully loaded boxes. I could set the population for 30K and get 30K but if I set it higher I'd still only drop 30K because the population drive wheels would start slipping a bit. The springs were stiff enough to take weight off the planter frame and cause the wheel slippage even though I had them set as light as I could make them. If you're going to be 100% conventional till stick with the original style springs.
