I have both a gmail and yahoo mail account. I check in to my Yahoo account maybe twice a year because it is all only spam stuff. Have not  actually used the account for years but still keep our Yahoo account because we keep our investment portfolios on Yahoo. Otherwise I probably would just delete that email account.

Gmail seems to work pretty good for us. I'm not against the Yahoo mail account. Just that we had it for many years early on and signed up for everything on it so eventually it got loaded up with spam stuff. Went to gmail to get a new account.
